WARRANTY:

Our flake, quartz & marble epoxy system has a 2 year warranty

General Coverage:

Adhesion Failures: Warranty include coverage for adhesion failures only.

Environmental Factors:

Damage caused by extreme temperatures, moisture issues, wood & concrete cracks or chemical exposure is excluded.

Normal Wear and Tear:

We do not cover normal wear and tear or damage from heavy impacts, neglect, or abuse.

Cleaning and Care:

Proper Maintenance including regular cleaning and avoiding harsh chemicals is essential to uphold Warranty Coverage.

Stains:

We do not warranty any stains

DEPOSIT & PAYMENT POLICY:

A 50% deposit is required on the day the project commences. The remaining balance is due immediately upon completion. Late payments may be subject to a 10% late fee.
